How Do I Request a Date For a
Meeting/Event to be Held at Advent?
1. Fill out the Meeting/Event Request
Form .
2. Read and sign the
Building Use Agreement .
3. Return both forms to the church office by e-mail or in person.

click on the icon below. When the form opens "select all", "copy" and
"paste" into your word processing program
(for example: Microsoft Word). Fill in the form, "save" and send as an
e-mail attachment to the office.]
4. All requests will be discussed at the weekly staff meeting.
No meeting/event will be put on the calendar until approved by staff.
5. If your meeting/event is approved and you would like a
special set-up in the Friendship Hall, fill in the
Friendship Hall Set-Up Form
and return it to the church office no later than one week before the
meeting/event. If you meeting/event is on a Saturday during the school year,
you will have to set up the hall using the
Sunday School Set-Up before you leave.
